Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (“Client”) and Psalm Pollock (“we,” “us”) covering the Heart of Your Message program. By completing payment you agree to everything below. Questions: team@psalmpollock.com.
1. The offer
Heart of Your Message is private 1:1 coaching delivered over three months for a one-time payment of $3,997 USD. It includes a 2-hour Impact Code™ Deep Dive and weekly 1-hour Impact Code™ Deep Dive sessions across the three-month program period, together with the written assets produced in those sessions.
2. Refunds — all sales are final
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial use of the program, missed sessions, or change of mind. By completing payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
3. Scheduling, rescheduling and expiration
Sessions are booked through Calendly. The Client may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed, or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, are forfeited. All sessions must be used within the three-month program period; unused sessions expire at the end of that period and have no cash value.
4. Payment plans
Any payment plan arranged separately must be paid on the agreed schedule. Missed payments may pause sessions until the balance is brought current. The no-refund policy in section 2 applies to payment plans in full, and the total amount remains due.
5. Nature of the service and results
Coaching and speechwriting are not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in the program should be treated as a substitute for a licensed professional in those fields.
No specific results, bookings, revenue, or outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials and figures shared on this site are individual results and are not a promise of what you will earn. The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and business outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
The Impact Code™ framework, program materials, worksheets, templates, and teaching content are the intellectual property of Psalm Pollock. They are licensed to the Client for their own personal and business use and may not be copied, shared, republished, resold, or taught to others. The finished talks and written assets created for the Client in their sessions belong to the Client.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential the personal and business information shared in sessions. We will not disclose the Client’s private details or story material without permission, except where disclosure is required by law. We may ask — and the Client is free to decline — to use results or a testimonial publicly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the program is limited to the amount the Client actually paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
9. Conduct
We hold a respectful working relationship. Psalm Pollock may end the engagement immediately, without refund, for abusive, harassing, threatening, or disrespectful conduct toward her or her team.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California, and both parties consent to that venue.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. For anything at all, email team@psalmpollock.com.
