Privacy Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

This policy explains what Psalm Pollock (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit this site or enroll in Heart of Your Message, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions: team@psalmpollock.com.

Information we collect

  • Name and email address — when you enroll, email us, or book a session.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s payment form and are never stored by us. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
  • Scheduling information — collected by Calendly when you book a Deep Dive or weekly session (your name, email, time zone, and anything you type into the booking form).
  • Session content — notes, drafts, and materials you share with us during the program.

How we use it

To deliver the program you purchased, process payment, schedule and run sessions, send receipts and program communications, respond to your questions, and keep basic business records. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

Email communications

Enrolling means we will email you about your program — receipts, scheduling, and session materials. We may also send occasional marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing team@psalmpollock.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential emails about a program you have paid for.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies our service providers need to function — Stripe sets cookies to process payments and prevent fraud, and Calendly sets cookies to run its scheduling widget. We may review aggregate, non-identifying traffic statistics to understand how the page performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the checkout and scheduling widgets may not work if you do.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that make the business run (such as Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, and our email provider), and only as needed for them to perform that service — or where the law requires it.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the program and for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping — generally seven years for transaction records. Program notes and drafts are kept while they are useful to you and deleted on request. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right stands.
  • Non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will never affect the price or service you receive.

To make a request, email team@psalmpollock.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you would like. We will verify your identity by replying to the email address we have on file and respond within 45 days.
